Course Cancellation Policy

Policy update Regarding COVID-ID And Course Refunds
If you register for a course anytime after April 1, 2020, and do not feel comfortable attending due to COVID-ID concerns, you may cancel before 7 days of the course start date and receive a full refund, including any Evenbrite fees, no questions asked. If you need to cancel with 6 days or less before the course start date, you may transfer to a future ScrumOnTraining PSM I at no additional cost.
In order for us to provide a superior classroom environment, we must ask you to adhere to our cancellation policy. If it is necessary to cancel, transfer or reschedule this registration, please notify us immediately at email@example.com.
Our course cancellation policy is as follows:
You may transfer your course ticket to another student prior to the start date of the course at no additional charge. You must let us know about the transfer before the course start date.
Refunds up to 30 days before course start date. Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable.
8-29 days prior to the course start date no refund is allowed, but you will be entitled to a one-time transfer to another one of our courses within 6 months of date of the course, with a charge of an additional $250 fee, provided there is availability in the course.
7 days from the start of a course, you will not be eligible for any refund, transfer, or credit.
Notice: We do everything we can not to cancel a course. If you are booking travel please be sure to book refundable tickets. We will not be responsible for any canceled airline, hotel reservations or other expenses due to a course cancellation. If a minimum of four students do not register for the course, the course may be canceled at the discretion of the instructor. In the event that we cancel a course due to low enrollment, you will be notified of the cancellation at least 14 days prior to course start date, and we will provide a full course refund including the Eventbrite fee.
If a course is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, we will reschedule the course to a later date, and give you the option to attend the rescheduled course or a one-time transfer to another one of our courses at no additional fee.
